A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on January 29, 2026, at the Utilities
Building located at, 4325 Liverpool Road, Lake Station, Indiana to familiarize Bidders with this project
and bidding requirement. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who does not attend the conference.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake Station Stormwater Utility (Utility) will receive sealed
bids for the above described “Project/Work” at the Lake Station Utility Building, 4325 Liverpool Road, Lake
Station, Indiana, until 4:30 p.m. prevailing local time, on February 9, 2026 or, thereafter, to the Board of
Directors during its meeting scheduled to begin at 4:30 pm on the same date and at the same place. Such
timely received bids will be publicly opened at that time. No late Bids will be accepted and will be returned
unopened.
