A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on October 9, 2025, at
the Utilities Building located at, 4325 Liverpool Road, Lake Station, Indiana to familiarize Bidders with this project and bidding requirement. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who does not attend the conference.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake Station Stormwater Utility (Utility) will receive sealed bids for the above described “Project/Work” at the Lake Station Utility Building, 4325 Liverpool Road, Lake
Station, Indiana, until 5:00 p.m. prevailing local time, on October 20, 2025 and commencing at 5:30 pm on
the same date. Such timely received bids will be publicly opened at that time. No late Bids will be accepted.
